Number of Openings – 1 Position

Staff Management

To make monthly/ weekly rotation & shifts of staff/Phlebotomist. To make sure there is enough staff on Sundays & Public Holidays. To manage weekly offs of the staff. To arrange staff for on-site camps.
Daily Functions of Dpt.

To be accountable for day to day functioning of The Center. To be accountable for day to day accounts reconciliation of The Center. To distribute the work among the staff, own self and accountable for that particular job. To make sure that report TAT is maintained and delays (if any) are informed proactively. To co-ordinate with Phlebotomist for smooth home collection. Handling centres petty cash .Active participation in the camps ( whenever required )
Client / Patient interaction

To interact with all walk-in patient, home collection and corporate client over the Phone or F2F. And provide the best assistance, as and when required. Elite class client/patients to be handled sensitively and best comfort to be provided To solve queries from Patient/Doctors/Clients. To be accountable for the day to day home Collection of the Center. To coordinate with the sales team on daily basis for existing and future clients. Drive Home Collection for the Center To look after and accountable for Patient interaction, up-selling, Package sales.
MIS Preparation(optional).
To prepare monthly attendance statement/visit payments of doctors & consultants. To maintain monthly details of the centre business volume. eg. Home Collection, walk-in , Package sales Review Home collection sheet of Phlebotomist Patient Feedback. Cost-effectiveness of the centre Training & New development

To train the new staff. To get updated for company development and new tests. To cross-train the staff for Corporate, Front desk & Accession To come up with innovative ideas of customer delight & betterment of DPT. Interaction with consultants.

To make arrangements of consultants as & when required. To create the best rapport with doctors/ client. To encourage the doctors to provide Wellness communication material for E-magazine.
